Support Request Guidelines – What to Share When Contacting Us

To help us resolve your issue quickly and accurately, please include the following details based on your concern:


1. Order Not Delivered / Delayed

  • Order ID

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Current Address

  • Tracking Link (if available)

  • Brief description of the issue (e.g., “Marked delivered but not received”)


2. Return / Refund Requests

  • Order ID

  • Clear Unboxing Video (must be recorded while first opening the parcel)

  • Photo of the shipping label on the box

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Mention if you’d like us to generate pickup or if you’ll ship it yourself


3. Tracking Not Updating / Fake Delivery Attempt

  • Order ID

  • Tracking Link (if any)

  • Brief description of what the issue is (e.g., “It says delivery attempted but no one came”)


4. Payment Issues

  • Order ID

  • Payment Method Used (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, COD)

  • Transaction ID or Screenshot of Payment

  • Description of the issue (e.g., “Paid but order not confirmed”)


5. Address / Phone Number Change

  • Order ID

  • New Full Address (with pin code and landmark)

  • Updated Phone Number

  • Request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
